This comprehensive childbirth education class in North County San Diego is designed for families planning home birth or seeking a physiological, low-intervention approach to labor and birth. The class covers the stages of labor, comfort and coping techniques, and partner support, with an in-depth focus on postpartum recovery and breastfeeding. Expecting parents will gain practical tools for creating a supportive postpartum “nest,” understanding normal newborn feeding cues, and supporting milk supply and maternal healing in the early weeks after birth.

$300 per birthing couple (total for both days).
